Title: The work with talented youth in the Czech floorball Objectives: The aim of this work is to reflect on management of talented youth in the association called Czech floorball, which is the representative and organizer of floorball in the Czech Republic and processing of course of the camp. Methods: In my thesis I used the observational method of direct observation for the most part. I also applied methods of theoretical knowledge, analysis and research of Czech and foreign literature. Results: Reflection on management of talented youth, that is based on participation at the camp for talented youth. The course of the camp was created and processed with mainly focusing on the main parts of the training units. Keywords: Floorball, talent, youth, Czech floorball, coach, training units.
Marketing communication on social networks of sports organizations

Title: Marketing communication on social networks of sports organizations Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to create suggestions and recommendations for sports associations how to use social media as an instrument for communication and promotion. Methods: Three methods were used in this work. The first method is an in-depth interview with managers of three sports associations. The second method is content analysis, which focused on the published content on social networks of sports associations. The third method is comparison. It compared the results of an in- depth interview and content analysis of each sport association. Results: The results showed that of the communicated topics of sports associations, the topic of national teams and Czech players playing abroad is the most attractive for followers. As for the type of post, a photo, as well as graphics or short video were evaluated as the most attractive on Facebook and Instagram. Furthermore, the research yielded results on the frequency of publishing, content promotion and the use of influencers from the community around the sports association. The level of first-aid procedures knowledge amongst floorball trainers

Title: The level of first-aid procedures knowledge amongst floorball trainers Objectives: The primary aim of this research was to identify to what extent trainers of the Czech highest female floorball league are familiar with the first-aid procedures. Methods: In this research, the sampling method was carried out in the form of an anonymous questionnaire, which was constructed from two parts. The first part of the questionnaire assessed general knowledge (7 questions). The second part tested the participants through a random scenario (15 questions). The number of respondents counted a total of 17 B-licensed trainers, both male and female. The questionnaire was completed with the assistance of the Czech Floorball Union, and the collected data was presented in graphs. Results: Based on the anonymous questionnaire, the findings showed the above-average experience of trainers providing first-aid, during both floorball practice or competition. The most common injures were the least serious, such as the wind knocked out, muscle / ligament strain. The results showed that the knowledge of coaches in not sufficient (the average percentage of correct answers among respondent is only 62 % in total), and moreover they are influenced by the scope of the first aid course and when the course was graduated. Marketing and PR of czech floorball clubs from 2013 to 2018

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of marketing development of Czech floorball clubs. The general marketing and PR activities in the sport field are examined and then examples from the Czech floorball environment are shown. Although still a young sport, floorball is experiencing its development period, is financially affordable and its popularity grows rapidly. There is an increase in the number of both players and fans in the individual clubs, and in the Czech Republic it is on its way to the top and is currently approaching the status of professional sport that enables players to earn by playing it. The development of marketing and PR in Czech floorball clubs is also related to this development of florball. Therefore, the thesis focuses on the Czech elite clubs from the top floorball competitions, such as the historically most successful Czech club Tatran Střešovice, the purely women's club TIGERS FLORBAL JIŽNÍ MĚSTO, the young but progressive club BLACK ANGELS, but also includes situation of clubs from regional competitions such as for example Lokomotiva Rakovník.
